Attending a part time training programme, in 1986 he graduated from Magnitogorsk Institute of Mining and Metallurgy specializing in “Ferrous metallurgy”. Mr. Takhautdinov worked as a steelmaker, senior foreman in charge of production, deputy shop manager, shop superintendent, chief engineer, director for production. In 1998 - 2002 he was deputy general director for production. In 2002 Mr. Takhautdinov was appointed Deputy General Director for Production and Construction. From April, 2005 till 2006 Mr. Takhautdinov held office of First Deputy General Director of OAO MMK. In 2006-2008 he was Vice-President for Strategic Development of Limited Liability Company MMK Managing Company. Since October 2008 - the First Vice-President for Strategic Development and Metallurgy of Limited Liability Company MMK Managing Company. In 1999 he presented a thesis for the candidate’s degree in technical sciences and in 2003 another thesis for the doctor’s degree. Mr. Takhautdinov won two prizes of the RF Government (2001, 2002). He was recognized as Merited Metallurgist of the Russian Federation (1996), Engineer of the Year in Russia (2000).Mr. Takhautdinov was awarded with the Order of Honour (2000), Insignia of Honour of Peter the Great (2004).

Mr. Antonyuk was born on December 20, 1950 in the city of Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk region. In 1973 he graduated from Magnitogorsk Institute of Mining and Metallurgy specializing in “Mining engineering and underground development of mineral deposits”.
In 1979 Mr. Antonyuk started to work in the ore dressing plant of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works. He was an assistant excavator operator, mining foreman, shift manager, section manager, head of production department, deputy head of sintering and ore concentration production, deputy director, chief engineer of the ore dressing plant. In 1998 - 1999 he held office of the head of sintering and blast furnace division. In 1999 - 2001 Mr. Antonyuk was head of production at the ore dressing plant. From 2001 to 2006 he was Director for Construction and Overhaul Repairs. Since 2006 Mr. Antonyuk is Director for Capital Construction and Investments of OAO Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works.
In 1997 he was awarded with an Order of Merit for Motherland of II degree.
Mr. Antonyuk won the prize of the All-Russia Competition “Engineer of the Year” (2004).

He started his career in Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works in 1983 as assistant steelmaker. He was production foreman, deputy shop manager, shop superintendent, chief steelmaker, deputy head of production administration, chief metallurgist, deputy chief engineer – head of technological administration. Since 2003 Mr. Bodiaev held office of the Technical Director – Chief Engineer. From April, 2005 till 2006 he was Technical Director of OAO MMK. Since 2006 Mr. Bodiaev was Chief Engineer of OAO MMK. Since April 2008 - Director for Finance and Economics of OAO Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works. Since October 2008 – Director for Economics of OAO Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works. Since May, 2009 - Executive Director of OAO Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works.
