Victor F. RASHNIKOV

Victor Rashnikov was born on 13.10.1948 in Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk Region . In 1974 he graduated from Magnitogorsk Institute of Mining and Metallurgy specializing in “Metal-forming process”. In 1994 Mr. Rashnikov got another diploma in “Organization of production administration”. Mr. Rashnikov started his career in Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works in 1967 as a fitter in the metallurgical equipment repair shop. Then he was an operator, crew leader, foreman, shift manager, shop superintendent, head of administration for production and shipments. In 1991 Mr. Rashnikov was appointed Chief Engineer and First Deputy General Director. In 1997 Mr. Rashnikov was appointed General Director of OAO MMK. Since April, 2005 he is Chairman of the Board of Directors. Since 2006 Mr. Rashnikov is President of Limited Liability Company MMK Managing Company Mr. Rashnikov holds a doctor’s degree in technical sciences (1998) and has been elected Honoured Professor of Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys (2002) and Academician of the Russian Academy of Quality Problems. Mr. Rashnikov is the author of many research papers, engineering solutions and scientific reports. He won a prize of the Government of the Russian Federation in science and engineering (2001 and 2002). Mr. Rashnikov got the national prize of Peter the Great “For the outstanding contribution into the Russian economy” (2000). He has numerous governmental and public awards, such as the Medal of Labour Merit (1986), Order of Honour (1995), Order of Merit for Motherland of IV degree (1998) and III degree (2004), Order of Peter the Great (2004), Order of the Reverend Sergiy of Radonezh from the Russian Orthodox Church (2001), Order of the Holy Blessed Grand Prince Daniil of Moscow (2005). Mr. Rashnikov was three times elected Member of the Legislative Assembly of Chelyabinsk region. He is the Chairman of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Chelyabinsk region, President of the Peter the Great International Club of Best Managers, President of Metallurg-Magnitogorsk Ice Hockey Club. Mr. Rashnikov is a member of the Management Bureau of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. He was declared Honorary Citizen of Chelyabinsk region.
Guennady S. SENICHEV
Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, Vice-President for Modernization and Downstream Production of Limited Liability Company MMK Managing Company
Date of birth: 16.03.1951. Education: Magnitogorsk Institute of Mining and Metallurgy Mr. Senichev was born in the village of Makarovo, Kaluga region. In 1977 he graduated from Magnitogorsk Institute of Mining and Metallurgy specializing in “Metal-forming process”. Mr. Senichev started to work for Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works in 1970 as a worker. After military service in the Soviet Army (1971-1973) he returned to the company. He occupied positions of a rollerman, shift manager, mill manager, deputy shop manager, shop superintendent, head of production, deputy general director for financial and economic issues, director for economics, deputy general director for capital construction. From 2002 till 2005 Mr. Senichev held office of Deputy General Director for Finance and Economics. From April, 2005 till 2006 Mr. Senichev was General Director of OAO MMK. In 2006-2008 he was Vice-President of Limited Liability Company MMK Managing Company and Executive Director of OAO MMK. Since October 2008 Mr. Senichev has been Vice-President for Modernization and Downstream Production of OOO MMK Managing Company. Mr. Senichev was awarded with an Order of Merit for Motherland of II degree (2000), Insignia of Honour of Peter the Great (2004). He won the prize of the RF Government (2003).
Peter CHAROW

Date of birth: 1954. Background: Swarthmore College (Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, USA); Columbia University, New York, New York, USA; Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire, USA. Peter Charow was born in 1954. In 1977, Swarthmore College conferred on him honorary degree of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In 1981, he graduated from Columbia University (Master of Arts in Political Science), in 2006 - Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College (Executive MBA). In 1986, Peter Charow grounded the American Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Russian Federation and became its first president. After that he worked for British Petroleum. Since 2002-2005, Peter Charow has served in the chief office in London. Since 2008 – Member of the Board of Directors of «ТNК-BP Holding» OJSC. Currently, Charow deals with strategic planning, business development and risk management of BP in Russia and Caspian Region countries, serving as BP regional director.
Andrey M. Gorodissky

Date of birth: 24.02.1956. Education: Moscow State Institute of International Relations. Mr. Gorodissky was born on February 24, 1956 in Moscow. In 1978 he graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations with specialization in international law. In 1978-1984 he was legal advisor in Soyuznefteexpoort (foreign trade organization). From 1984 to 1988 Mr. Gorodissky was senior legal advisor of the Bureau of Soviet Foreign Trade Associations in Western sectors of Berlin. From 1988 to 1992 he worked as chief legal expert in the Main Contracts Administration of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations. In 1992 - 1994 he was deputy general director of “Business and Law”. From 1994 to 2002 Mr. Gorodissky headed “Business and Law” firm (since May, 2000 it changed the name to “Gorodissky and Partners”), member of Moscow College of Lawyers (since 2002 - Moscow Bar Association). Since 2003 he has been Managing Partner of “Gorodissky and Partners” law firm, member of Moscow Bar Association. Since 2009 Mr. Gorodissky is Member of the Board of Directors of OAO "Arctic Marine Engineering Geological Expeditions". Mr. Gorodissky holds a candidate’s degree in legal science (1987). He has good command of English and German.
Sergey V. KRIVOSHCHEKOV

Date of birth: 16.02.1961. Education: Magnitogorsk Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr. Krivoshchekov was born on February 16, 1961 in the city of Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk region. After graduating from Magnitogorsk Institute of Mining and Metallurgy in 1983 he started his work in Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works. Mr. Krivoshchekov was an operator, rollerman, senior foreman, shift manager, deputy shop manager, head of financial department, deputy director. In 1998 - 2000 he held office of director for real estate and securities. Since 2002 he was Deputy General Director for Strategic Planning and Property. In 2006-2008 he was Vice-President for Property Administration of Limited Liability Company MMK Managing Company. Since October 2008 - Vice-President for Raw Materials, Commerce and Property Management of Limited Liability Company MMK Managing Company. Since 08th of April, 2009 – Vice-President for Property Management of Limited Liability Company MMK Managing Company. Mr. Krivoshchekov holds a candidate’s degree in economics (2003). He was awarded with Insignia of Honour of Peter the Great (2004). Mr. Krivoshchekov has a good command of English.
Kirill Y. LEVIN

Date of birth: 1968. Education: Moscow Aircraft Institute. Mr. Levin was born in 1968 in Moscow. In 1990 he graduated from Moscow Aircraft Institute where he worked as a research officer till 1992. In 1993 he became a senior economist of financial resources department at Russian National Commercial Bank, and in November 1996 he was promoted to head of customer relations department. In 1997 Mr. Levin joined Joint Stock Bank Gazprombank (ZAO) as assistant to the Chairman of the Board. From July 1997 till May 2000 he headed customer relations department. In 2000 he became head of customer relations and financing department and was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board. In 2002-2007 - Deputy Chairman of the Board of Joint Stock Bank Gazprombank (ZAO) and was in charge of customer relations, credit and retail activities. Since 2008 – President of Limited Liability Company Renaissance Capital Managing Company. Since May, 2009 - Vice-President-First Deputy Director of Key Account Management Department of JSC SBERBANK (Savings Bank of the Russian Federation). Sir David LOGAN

Date of birth: 1943. Since 1965, Sir David Logan was in the British Foreign Service and served in Turkey, Norway, in the UK mission at the United Nations, at the British Embassy in Washington and Moscow. Currently, he is Director of the Centre for Studies in Security and Diplomacy and an Honorary Professor in the School of Social Sciences at Birmingham University. Sir Logan is also Member of the Supervisory Board of EFES Pilsen, International Member of the International Advisory Council of Thames Water and Director of European Nickel plc.
Zumrud K. RUSTAMOVA

Mrs. Rustamova was born on September 21, 1970 in Moscow. In 1992 she graduated from Moscow Economic and Statistics Institute. From 1995 to 1999 Mrs. Rustamova worked in the Russian Federation State Committee for Government-Owned Property Administration. From 1999 till 2000 she was Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federal Property Fund. From 2000 till 2004 she occupied the office of Deputy Minister for Property Relations of the Russian Federation. From July 2004 till 2006 she was Vice-President of Siberian Coal Energy Company. In may 2006 Mrs. Rustamova was appointed a board member of Russian Bank for Development. She represented the government in the boards of directors of the following companies: Rosgosstrakh, Russian Exhibition Center, ALROSA, Rosagroleasing. Since 2006 - Deputy General Director, OAO Polimetall. Since 14th of July, 2008 she is Member of the Board of Directors of OJSC International Airport Sheremetyevo. Since 07th of April, 2009 – Member of the Board of Directors of JSC KHANTY-MANSIYSKY BANK. Mrs. Rustamova was awarded citation for the merits in insuring the national security by the order of the Russian Federation President.

Date of birth: 10.11.1958. Education: Magnitogorsk Institute of Mining and Metallurgy Mr. Takhautdinov was born on November 10, 1958 in the city of Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk region. Mr. Takhautdinov started his career in Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works in 1980 as an assistant steelmaker. Attending a part time training programme, in 1986 he graduated from Magnitogorsk Institute of Mining and Metallurgy specializing in “Ferrous metallurgy”. Mr. Takhautdinov worked as a steelmaker, senior foreman in charge of production, deputy shop manager, shop superintendent, chief engineer, director for production. In 1998 - 2002 he was deputy general director for production. In 2002 Mr. Takhautdinov was appointed Deputy General Director for Production and Construction. From April, 2005 till 2006 Mr. Takhautdinov held office of First Deputy General Director of OAO MMK. In 2006-2008 he was Vice-President for Strategic Development of Limited Liability Company MMK Managing Company. Since October 2008 - the First Vice-President for Strategic Development and Metallurgy of Limited Liability Company MMK Managing Company. In 1999 he presented a thesis for the candidate’s degree in technical sciences and in 2003 another thesis for the doctor’s degree. Mr. Takhautdinov won two prizes of the RF Government (2001, 2002). He was recognized as Merited Metallurgist of the Russian Federation (1996), Engineer of the Year in Russia (2000).Mr. Takhautdinov was awarded with the Order of Honour (2000), Insignia of Honour of Peter the Great (2004).
Vladimir I. SHMAKOV

Date of birth: 11.11.1960. Education: Magnitogorsk Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Academy of National Economy under the Government of RF. Mr. Shmakov was born on November 11, 1960 in the city of Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk region. In 1983 he graduated from Magnitogorsk Institute of Mining and Metallurgy specializing in “Metal-forming process” and in 1998 got another diploma from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of RF. Mr. Shmakov started his career in Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works in 1983 as rollerman. He was shift manager, deputy shop manager, deputy head of long-term development and investment programs administration. In 1996 - 2001 he was deputy head and then head of long-term development and investment programs administration. In 2001 - 2005 he held office of head of economy administration. In 2005-2006 Mr. Shmakov was Director for Finance and Economy of OAO MMK. In 2006-2008 he held office of Vice-President for Finance and Economics of Limited Liability Company MMK Managing Company. Since October 2008 - Vice-President for Sales of Limited Liability Company MMK Managing Company. Mr. Smakov was awarded with Certificate of Honour from the Ministry of Economy of RF (2000), Gold Medal of Peter the Great for Labor Merit (2006), Insignia of Honour of Peter the Great (2007). He holds a candidate degree in economics (2003), has a good command of English.
